I'm not sure if you can get any nicer than Stanford from Austin, Texas. The first time he called in, he literally had no idea what he was looking for, and he let us know right away. It was his first day on the job, right out of college and he was extremely nervous. After calling in several times and working with our customer service representative Roxy, he finally made his first major decision on behalf of his company. This is Stanford from Texas and I just wanted to write in and express my extreme gratitude and appreciation to Roxy for all of her help while I was trying to purchase lanyards for the company. The first time my supervisor told me I was in charge of buying new supplies for the company, I nearly had a heartache. It was literally my second day on the job, and they gave me a huge list and a number I was supposed to not go over. It was filled with all of the essentials like pens and notepads and stuff, but then I came across lanyards. To be honest, 6 weeks ago, I had no idea what a lanyard even was LOL! But you guys were the first result in the search and I'm so glad that Roxy was there to guide me through the order. Roxy, I'm really sorry if I was bugging you, but you really helped me get through this. Thanks for your other recommendations on office supplies as well. I owe you one!
