1) Basic sample costs are refunded to you when an actual order is placed. Note that if you order multiple samples, only the item you order can be refunded.

2) Samples usually ship in 3-4 business days.

3) The price shown is the total cost to you. It includes UPS shipping within the U.S.

4) Samples are random imprinted examples of the item. In many cases, we will not be able to match a given item AND a given color. If you really just need to see the color, simply write this in the comments (i.e: "send any glass with satin etch imprint")

5) Samples are shipped via UPS ground service unless other service is requested. Additional charges apply for air or courier services or we can use your account.
