Everyone once in a while, we get customers that are absolute worriers.  And for some reason, the more people worry about things, the more often things happen to their orders.  For the most part, customers are pretty confident with their order and our service.  But occasionally, we'll get a customer that calls in twice a day to check on their order, where it's at with shipping, and typically that's when something goes wrong. Good Service in Bad Weather

Sean told me I shouldn’t worry about the delivery, it will get there, and to my surprise it actually did. I was kind of skeptic to be honest, considering the weather conditions. You said you want my opinion about the products and here is what I have to say.

We live in Miles City, MT, and had been looking for a way to add some flair to my 9th grade school supplies inventory (I teach an art class and wanted to teach a lesson on how these young minds see themselves now). Anyways, I jumped online and searched around for just some blank lanyards and found you guys.  I'm not all that great when it comes to the internet, but I can email.  Thank goodness Sean was able to walk me through the entire order process.  I had never ordered anything online before.  I would ask for Sean I think every day to see where my order was and he assured me that everything was fine and that I should stop panicking.  Then the storm came.

I could have sworn, at that point, I was doomed.  I had planned this big lesson for Monday and my order was supposed to be there on Friday.  I looked at my phone bill the other day and saw that I had actually called you guys 17 times last week!  I'm sorry Sean, but you must understand, I'm a worry-wort.  I know I was getting on your nerves, but please accept my apology.  The class was grateful and we had a good lesson.

I've learned that I shouldn't worry as much. But I just can't help it.  Still I appreciate your help and wanted to thank you for your products.
