I loved the security badge reels I ordered and I loved the price even more! My customers loved them too, even though my husband was a bit skeptical at first but you know how men are, they don’t trust anything, if you are a woman you know what I’m saying. Anyway, you requested a review on your products, customer support and delivery, and here is mine.

I have been ordering from you for over 5 years as long as my business has need promotional items like ID badge holders and lanyards for my staff. I have never had a problem except for the time my order got misplaced by the postal service. Not your fault, but things happen; no biggie. Other than that mishap, I like the service that is provided and I appreciate the assistance as well. We are going to have a company party soon so I will be calling in soon to order more lanyards with our logo printed on them. Those lanyards are always good giveaways.
